World of MMA Episode 12

World of MMA episode 12 is brought to you by Toughforums.com and WAMMA; World Alliance of Mixed Martial Arts. This episode is very brief and simple; about fifteen total minutes. Tyler and Dan aka Mataleon and Divac give there input about the lightweight fights taking place within the octagon at UFC Fight Night in Omaha Nebraska on September 17th featuring episode 11 guest Joe Lauzon facing off against Kyle Bradley with the co headlining fights containing former TUF winners Nathan Diaz from season five, squaring off against a hungry Josh Neer and Mac Danzig, who won the following season, season six, will go toe to toe with Toughforums.com’s Clay “Caveman” Guida.
Not even a week after UFC Fight Night in Nebraska takes place before Dream treats MMA fans across the world to there semifinal’s and finals of there current Middleweight Grand Prix featuring Melvin Manhoeff vs Gegard Mousasi and Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza vs Zelg Galesic. It will prove to be a very tough night for any two of these individuals because in order to win the event you must compete twice in one night. Yoon Dong Sik vs Andrews Nakahara. This show will be one of the largest shows Dream has put on due to the fact that it will showcase potentially 12 fights. Mirko “Cro Cop” Flipovic makes another appearance inside the ring this time to a little more experienced fighter in Alistair Overeem who has fought plenty of times under the Pride banner. Mighty Mo will face off against Pride vet Sergei Kharitonov which should prove to be a stand up war. Just added to the card is Shinya Aoki vs Todd Moore; a win for Moore will put him on the map. Other notable names to look out for on this card will be Yoshihiro “Michael Jackson” Akiyama, Hayato Mach Sakurai and Japanese fan favorite and classic showman Minowman.
Last off is a simple introduction to the sengoku WVR event taking place near the end of September on the twenty-eighth which features some BJJ studs in Roger Gracie and Xande Ribeiro along with a Middle Weight Grand Prix featuring reknown Chuteboxe brawler Evangelista Cyborg, Yuki Kondo, fan favorite Kazuhiro Nakamura who recently had a poor showing in the UFC, Siyar Bahadurzada, and Jorge Santiago. Another fight to mention is the fight between former IFL star Ryan “Lion” Shultz squaring off with backyard brawler Jorge Masvidal.
